Our trainers have over three decades of experience in self defense techniques training and we utilized the below disciplines when developing our self defense techniques

Provide self defense training for men, women and kids utilizing various techniques: strikes, kicks, escapes, overall mindset of preparing and being aware of surroundings and situational awareness.

We also provide specialized tactical training for:

  • Law Enforcement – Functional fitness to have the ability to carry out day to day duties. Hand cuffing, asp baton, PR-24, takedowns, suspect control, patrol tactics, edge weapon, weapon retention and weapons disarm. Can specialize training for groups or individuals.
  • Military – Functional fitness specialized in combative tactics. Can put together system to assist with passing branch of service physical fitness test and standards. Can specialize training for groups of individuals.
